Tech & Thrive Youth Lab
The Tech & Thrive Youth Lab is an innovative program by BeyoND Inc (Building Educated Young Outstanding iNDividuals) that empowers youth ages 3–18 to explore technology, creativity, and emotional wellness in a safe and supportive environment.
Through hands-on workshops in STEM, digital literacy, and creative problem-solving, participants learn practical skills that prepare them for future careers while building confidence and teamwork. The program also integrates mental health awareness, life skills training, and leadership development, helping students thrive both academically and personally.
Operating in Yazoo County, MS and Tarrant County, TX, Tech & Thrive bridges the gap between technology access and youth empowerment. Our goal is to nurture resilient, tech-savvy leaders who can use innovation to strengthen their communities and their futures.

We offer after-school homework help, tutoring in core subjects, and skill-building workshops for middle and high school students.
Focus: Improve grades, attendance, and engagement.
Goal: 80% of participants will show academic improvement within 6 months.

Youth are introduced to career options through guest speakers, job-shadowing opportunities, mock interviews, and resume workshops.
Focus: Exposure to trades, college, entrepreneurship, and military careers.
Goal: 75% of youth complete a career plan and resume by the end of the program.
