Refund Policy
As any non-traditional High School Diploma program has limitations, it is each student: responsibility to determine the suitability of this program for their needs.
There are no refunds for any fees once they have been received.
Please note that by signing the application, you are giving us permission to release your school transcript to potential employers and/or school.

Beyond Preparatory Academy is a private, non-public educational institution operating under the laws of the State of Texas.
According to Texas Education Code §29.916 and §11.157, private schools in Texas are not regulated, licensed, or accredited by the Texas Education Agency (TEA). However, private institutions are permitted to operate independently as long as they meet compulsory attendance requirements by offering a bona fide curriculum designed to educate students in essential subjects such as reading, spelling, grammar, mathematics, and citizenship.
